Bio:

William A. Hein II is the Senior Director of Technical Operations, Small Molecule Platform, for Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, leading the convergence of science and business for the end-to-end API and Drug Product global and site technical operations with responsibility for new product introduction, life cycle support, implementation of supply chain technical innovation & technology, talent development and technical support to external contract manufactures & suppliers. Bill joined Johnson & Johnson in 2006 in the capacity of Associate Director, Technical Operations leading the Raritan, NJ solids drug product and biologics Technical Operations teams. Following a series of progressive roles, Bill was later named Senior Director of Technical Operations in 2014. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Bill held leadership positions in research and development at DuPont Merck Pharmaceuticals and Endo Pharmaceuticals. Bill earned a B.S. in Pharmacy and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.
