Chiali is Senior Director of Process Development, Biologics CMC at Teva Pharmaceuticals, overseeing both upstream and downstream process development of biologic drug substance. She obtained Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering at MIT. She has 20 years’ experience in process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and commercial production of biologics, as well as in tech transfer and commercialization of advanced therapy, with tenures at Janssen, GSK, Human Genome Sciences, and Centocor.
